Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

All of our products arrive in gift-worthy packaging, wrapped in stylish branded card boxes and extra protection layers, perfect for transporting with a reduced risk of damage.

How do I care for my luggage?

To clean both the polycarbonate shell and interior lining, use a soft, wet cloth with warm water and mild dish soap.

What’s the difference between Flex Vega Carry-On and Futo Carry-On?

The Flex Vega line features impact-resistant polycarbonate hard shells and comes in three sizes: Carry-On, International Carry-On and Medium Checked.  

The Futo line features a compartment built into the front of the shell, perfect for easy access to your laptop, travel documents and anything else you want close at hand. It also has an extra pocket inside the suitcase and a built-in magnetic buckle that holds the suitcase when folded. The Futo comes in two sizes: Carry-On and International Carry-On.

How do I care for my Travel Accessories?

Our packing cubes, toiletry bag and laundry bag are made from durable, tear-resistant polyester. Simply close the zippers and put the items into a washing machine on a delicate cycle wash.

Which carry-on size fits airline guidelines?

The Carry-On size is ideal for domestic flights. It is made to fit official airline regulations at 22″ x 14″ x 9″.  

The International Carry-On size, measuring 21.6″ X 15.7″ x 9″ is ideal for international flights. It meets carry-on requirements for most major airlines across the globe.

What is the difference between all Carry-On and International Carry-On models?

Our Carry-On and International Carry-On models are made to fit by the most Airline regulations. The difference in sizing is to accommodate regulations as International flights have different regulations than Domestic. We always recommend checking with your airline regarding rules and guidelines for baggage allowance.

What is the packing volume difference between the 2-wheel and 4-wheel models?

All Carry-On and International Carry-On models, from the floor to the top of the luggage, have the same measurements. With the Flex 360 Spinner, you are sacrificing a small amount of space at the bottom of the luggage, in return for the luxury of four 360-spinning wheels.

Do your suitcases come with a warranty?

All of our Aura and Vega ranges come with a three-year warranty, while Flex 360 Spinner comes with a five-year warranty.

Do your suitcases come with locks?

No, not all of our suitcases come with locks. However, all of our suitcases feature durable two-way zippers, and a TSA-approved lock can be added for extra security. The Flex 360° Spinner collection and the medium checked Flex Vega come with a TSA-approved lock built in.

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. All of our shipments are sent with couriers who deliver orders only to residential or business addresses.

When will I receive my order?

Our standard delivery time for UK orders is 2 business days after your order has been despatched.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to reflect on your account.

What is your exchange policy for luggage?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

How can I track my order?

You will receive your tracking information via e-mail as soon as we ship your order from our warehouse. 

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@rollinkluggage.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2nd Floor Asiatic Carpets, 430 High Road, London, NW10 2DA, United Kingdom

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • If you choose to use our provided return shipping label, a fee of £4.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping costs.

Refund:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Warranty

Below are some common questions about our warranty

What will Rollink do if my claim is upheld?

We will do our best to use a matching spare part, but please note that some items come in a standard colour, such as black. If spare parts are not available for your model, or we are unable to offer a repair, we will offer a replacement at our discretion.  

If a replacement is offered, we will aim to provide the same product, but as our ranges change from one season to another, we reserve the right to offer the nearest alternative option available at that time. When offering alternative ranges, we will consider if you have a hard- or soft-shell product, the general size, the price paid, and the wear and tear of the item.

How do I make a warranty claim?

To make a warranty claim, contact us through our website and provide either a copy of your purchase receipt or a copy of your order confirmation email. This will allow us to verify that your warranty period is still valid.  

We may accept other documents such as bank statements, if the items are clearly stated or a warranty card that has been stamped and dated at the time of purchase by the retailer and includes full details of your product. We are unable to consider warranty claims without one of the above.

What is not covered under the warranty?

Damage caused by Airline luggage handlers or other travel operators, such as rips, scratching, denting, cracking, sheared off wheels or components, bent trolley handles and similar:

  • Wear or tear from general use, neglect, accidents or abrasions 
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures 
  • Damaged caused by exposure to water, beauty products, chemicals, solvents or acids 
  • Damage to any contents in transit such as cameras, media equipment, bottles etc. 
  • Deliberate damage 
  • Matching products, or items purchased as a set 
  • Combination lock issues caused by incorrect use or forcing the lock open
